Before installing the Remote Controller, pair it with PikaBoost. Note that the Controller does not need to be paired with the app or your phone's Bluetooth — it pairs directly with the PikaBoost.
If pairing fails, first check whether the Controller has previously been paired with the app. Make sure to disconnect from the app and move your phone far enough away so that it cannot automatically pair with the Controller, then try pairing with PikaBoost again.
If replacing the Controller with a new one, press the power button at the rear of the PikaBoost to confirm the new pairing.
Another possible cause of pairing failure is a low Controller battery. Normally, pressing any button should cause the red central button on the Controller to flash white. If no white light appears, the battery is likely low. You can replace it with a standard CR2032 battery.
